Community Manager
We’re on the lookout for Roblox-native community managers who
truly understand the platform from the inside out.
If you’ve grown up with Roblox, successfully managed game
communities, and know what keeps players coming back, this is for
you.
Your responsibilities:
Account Growth
You’ll continuously study top-performing Roblox games,
identify trends, and turn those insights into content that
drives discovery. This includes creating and posting engaging
clips, tapping into TikTok/Reels trends, and positioning our
game in a way that attracts new players organically.
Content & Daily Promotion
You’ll produce a steady stream of short-form content
showcasing the game: highlight new features, funny moments,
gameplay clips, and viral hooks. The goal is to keep the game
visible every day and build a recognizable presence across
socials.
Events & Community Management
You’ll plan and run weekly in-game events that give players a
reason to return. This includes promoting events ahead of
time, hosting them live, and keeping the experience fun, fair,
and engaging, yes, including a bit of playful “admin abuse”
where it adds to the entertainment. You’ll be the bridge
between the players and the game.
Player Feedback Loop
At all times, you’ll actively collect and analyze player
feedback from in-game interactions, comments, and social
channels and turn that into actionable insights. You
understand what players want, what frustrates them, and how to
evolve the experience to better meet their expectations.
Ultimately, your role is to grow the community, keep it engaged,
and make sure the game continuously improves based on what
players actually care about.
